Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 1:37 PM ET) -- The American Petroleum Institute has revved up its attack on cellulosic ethanol mandates imposed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, arguing in a D.C. Circuit brief Thursday that the minimums are impossible to meet given the fuel’s scarcity.
