DC Circ. Tosses Tycoon's $500M Freshfields Suit

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 4:43 PM ET) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday affirmed the dismissal of a $500 million lawsuit launched by oil tycoon Jack J. Grynberg's company claiming Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP had been a part of an alleged conspiracy with the Grenadian government to kill an oil exploration contract.
