Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 6:49 PM ET) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Friday denied petitions by environmental groups to review a Gulf of Mexico drilling plan by Shell Oil Co. after the court decided a federal agency had taken the Deepwater Horizon disaster into adequate consideration when evaluating the scheme.
