Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 10:15 PM ET) -- BP PLC and Norway's Statoil ASA on Thursday selected an 820-mile planned route from Turkey to Austria as one of two final contenders to carry Azerbaijani gas to Europe, rejecting a rival proposal from BP itself and moving one step closer to tapping western markets by 2018.
