Calif. Solar Project Survives Tribe's Injunction Bid

Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 4:42 PM ET) -- Construction on a California solar energy project will continue as planned after the U.S. Department of the Interior on Wednesday successfully fended off a move to stall the project brought by a Native American tribe concerned about the disturbance of buried artifacts.
