GE Escapes Employee Suit Over Iraq Bribery Worries

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 8:48 PM ET) -- A former GE Energy USA LLC employee lost a Texas suit Friday accusing GE of violating securities law by firing him after he complained that the hiring of a woman close to the Iraqi government amid pursuit of an energy contract could expose the company to bribery allegations.
