NY AG Frets As ConEd Labor Dispute Rolls On

Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 3:26 PM ET) -- Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc. would not likely be able to handle a massive, storm-triggered outage after locking out 8,500 union workers, the state's attorney general said Monday, wading into the benefits dispute as the parties continue to duke it out in court.
