Shell To Build Pipeline Linking La. To Texas Gulf

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 7:25 PM ET) -- A Royal Dutch Shell PLC subsidiary plans to build a 300,000-barrel-a-day oil pipeline from Louisiana to refineries in the Texas Gulf that is expected to start service as early as 2015, an initial distribution about half of what it had earlier projected, the company said Thursday.
