Wide-Ranging Impact Of NTSB Kalamazoo River Spill Report

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 1:15 PM ET) -- On July 10, 2012, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) issued its findings on the cause of the Enbridge Line 6B spill in Marshall, Mich. The conclusions were frank and even derisive at times, with the NTSB likening Enbridge's personnel to the "Keystone Cops" during the hours after the rupture.
