NY High Court Won't Reboot KeySpan Price Inflation Suit

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 4:24 PM ET) -- New York's highest appeals court on Tuesday refused to hear a now-dismissed class action that accused energy company KeySpan Corp. and Morgan Stanley Capital Group Inc. of colluding to keep power prices artificially high.
