Judge Pares Claims in Peco FCA Suit Over Naval Vessels

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 7:04 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday trimmed but refused to dismiss a qui tam suit accusing Exelon Co. subsidiary Peco Energy of submitting false claims to the government for powering two U.S. Navy vessels at a Philadelphia shipyard.
