Deepwater Victims' Attys Spar Over Discovery For $8B Deal

Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 9:08 PM ET) -- Lead attorneys for victims of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on Monday urged a Louisiana magistrate judge to reject discovery requests from opponents of a $7.8 billion class action settlement, saying the demands for more details about the deal are publicity stunts.
