Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 8:46 PM ET) -- Environmental groups on Tuesday sued the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control on claims that it has not required the state’s electric and water utility to renew a storage permit for a coal-fired plant the groups say is polluting the Waccamaw River.
