Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 4:46 PM ET) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission told Idaho’s biggest utility Thursday it has to buy power from wind farms owned by GE Financial Services and others even when demand slips, saying long-term contracts already account for fluctuating energy values.
