Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 3:18 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday announced that a Kinder Morgan Inc. unit had agreed to pay a $316,000 fine and establish new operating procedures to settle claims it had violated risk management plans at two Wyoming natural gas plants.
