Senator Asks FERC For Rehearing On $400M NJ Pipeline Project

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 6:00 PM ET) -- A U.S. senator from New Jersey has asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to consider a rehearing on Tennessee Gas Pipeline LLC's $400 million natural gas pipeline project between his state and Pennsylvania, citing environmental, property and safety concerns.
