Law360, Dallas (October 03, 2012, 8:54 PM ET) -- Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. on Wednesday began the second leg of a trial against General Electric Co. in Texas federal court, arguing GE executives conspired to secure a key wind turbine patent by lying to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in its application.
