Gas Cos. Ask Pa. Regulators To Limit Rate-Setting Inquiry

Law360, Philadelphia (October 03, 2012, 3:13 PM ET) -- A pair of natural gas distributors on Monday urged Pennsylvania's utility commission to limit the scope of its investigation into so-called gas-on-gas competition, or rate-setting practices the companies employ in areas serviced by more than one gas provider.
