Law360, New York (October 03, 2012, 5:16 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Tuesday torched a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission study related to relicensing of a California public agency's 224-megawatt hydroelectric project near Lake Tahoe, saying it gives short shrift to issues of air quality, clean water and climate change.
