Law360, Washington (October 03, 2012, 6:35 PM ET) -- A New York state judge on Tuesday tossed out the city of Binghamton's temporary ban on natural gas drilling activities, including hydraulic fracturing, saying the city failed to show how such permits or activities would harm the community.
According to state Supreme Court Justice Ferris D.
