Dominion Withholding Pipeline Info From FERC, Enviros Say

Law360, New York (October 03, 2012, 6:47 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania environmental group on Friday told the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission that Dominion Transmission Inc. has not submitted the necessary materials for the agency to analyze the impact of a proposed pipeline project.

The group, Citizens for Pennsylvania's Future, said two submissions to FERC made by Dominion in September did not contain information on air quality in Pennsylvania's Tioga County — where the bulk of the development would be — that is necessary for FERC to conduct an environmental assessment of the project.
