Pa. DEP Finalizes New Oil, Gas Air Quality Source Rules

Law360, Philadelphia (October 05, 2012, 4:04 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection on Friday finalized new guidance for determining whether emissions from oil and gas operations come from a single source, in an attempt to simplify whether sources are considered “contiguous or adjacent.”
