Mitsubishi, GE Face Potential Delay In Turbine Trial

Law360, Dallas (October 09, 2012, 12:18 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge said Tuesday it could take months to resolve Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd.'s allegations that General Electric Co. improperly claimed attorney-client privilege as a shield from discovery during GE's patent infringement suit against Mitsubishi.
