High Court Denies JPMorgan's Bid To Stall Oil Trust Suit

Law360, Houston (October 19, 2012, 10:01 PM ET) -- Texas' highest court on Friday denied a bid by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA to delay a suit to take away its control of oil and gas interests worth millions of dollars, overruling the bank's objection to proceeding without the participation of every mineral rights beneficiary.
