Navy's Green Energy Resolve Brings Chances For Contractors

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 8:40 PM ET) -- Despite a budget crunch that has increased congressional scrutiny on military spending, the U.S. Navy remains firmly committed to investments in alternative energy, and experts say contractors will continue to find opportunities in green power projects, like on-base electricity generation, even if political opposition blocks an advanced biofuel program.
