Maine LNG Project Not Needed, Enviro Group Tells FERC

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 5:40 PM ET) -- A Maine environmental group on Friday urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to deep-six a proposed liquefied natural gas terminal project in eastern Maine, telling the regulator that there is no credible purpose or need for the Downeast LNG project.
