Judge Slams Door On EEOC's Exxon Pilot Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (December 20, 2012, 1:34 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge refused Wednesday to reopen the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s suit over Exxon Mobil Corp.’s former pilot retirement policy, saying the agency hasn’t made any valid challenge to the company’s defense of its policy requiring pilots to retire at age 60.
