Ill. Lawmakers Advance Fracking Regulation Bill

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 9:52 PM ET) -- Illinois lawmakers on Friday night approved a bill to regulate hydraulic fracturing in the state by requiring oil and gas drillers to disclose what chemicals they're using before and after fracking operations and by putting them on the hook for any water pollution.
