Massachusetts AG Raises Doubt Over NRC Relicensing

Law360, New York (February 19, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The Massachusetts attorney general and other state officials are calling on the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to overhaul the licensing renewal procedure for nuclear power plants. The state officials are concerned about an internal agency report that seems to suggest that the process is not as tight as it should be.
