Law360, New York (February 25, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- After losing a summary judgment bid in one portion of the multidistrict litigation over wholesale natural gas prices, a group of energy companies was granted summary judgment Monday in another case in the action.
The judgment, handed down in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, comes in a case brought against the companies by Breckenridge Brewery of Colorado LLC.
