Law360, New York (March 10, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The United States' greenhouse gas emissions fell 1.5% between 2005 and 2006 due to unusual climate patterns, lower fuel consumption and increased use of natural gas and renewable energy, according to a new report by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
The EPA's draft report, which analyzes U.S. greenhouse emissions from 1990 through 2006, was released on Friday for public review.
