NJ Legislature Sends Fracking Waste Bill To Christie Again

Law360, New York (June 27, 2014, 8:17 PM ET) -- The New Jersey General Assembly approved legislation on Thursday to block the treatment and disposal of natural gas fracking waste within state limits, sending the bill to Gov. Chris Christie’s desk for the second time following Christie’s veto of an identical bill in 2012.
