E.U. Moves To Foster Competition In Gas Market

Law360, New York (April 25, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a move that underscores fundamental questions about the authority of the European Union over its independent member states, European regulators announced Tuesday that they would divide Europe’s gas consumers into four regions in an attempt to streamline and stabilize the market.
