Law360, New York (August 08, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Consolidated Edison Inc. has agreed not to charge New York ratepayers for the repair costs from a steam blast in midtown Manhattan last summer that injured several bystanders and claimed one casualty when a woman died of a heart attack.
