Law360, New York ( July 2, 2015, 11:43 AM EDT) -- Thirteen years after releasing an initial draft and two years after issuing a draft for public comment, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency released its final vapor intrusion guidance document — Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response Technical Guide for Assessing and Mitigating the Vapor Intrusion Pathway from Subsurface Sources to Indoor Air ("VI Technical Guide") — on June 11, 2015. The EPA also released its "Technical Guide for Addressing Petroleum Vapor Intrusion at Leaking Underground Storage Tank Sites" the same day, which will be the focus of a subsequent article....
