Pipeline Builder Looks For Route Into NRDC Suit

Law360, New York (September 09, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- TransCanada Keystone Pipeline LP has sought permission to intervene in a lawsuit filed by the National Resources Defense Council and other environmental groups against the U.S. government to stop the development of a 2,148-mile crude oil pipeline between Canada and the U.S.
