Senate Mulls GHG Rules Under Clean Air Act

Law360, New York (September 17, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Governing greenhouse gas emissions could damage a range of industries and wrap loads of businesses in unnecessary red tape, William L. Kovacs of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce told lawmakers in a Senate committee hearing Tuesday on whether GHG emissions should be regulated under the Clean Air Act.
