Law360, New York (October 14, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The European Commission has kicked off a €1 billion ($1.37 billion), six-year project to research and develop energy technologies using fuel cells and hydrogen.
Tuesday marked the launch of the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Technology Initiative, a joint venture between the European government and private industry members who plan to speed up the development and commercialization of hydrogen- and fuel-based clean energy technologies.
