Calif. Agency Sues Cox, Utility For 2007 Fires

Law360, New York (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection has reportedly sued Cox Communications and San Diego Gas & Electric for violating state laws by failing to maintain power lines that allegedly sparked three fires that ravaged San Diego County in October 2007.
