Law360, New York (December 04, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The French Competition Council fined subsidiaries of four oil companies — Chevron Corp., Exxon Mobil Corp., Royal Dutch Shell PLC and Total SA — €41.1 million Thursday for allegedly colluding to ensure that each received an equal share of Air France's kerosene supply market for refueling at the carrier's stopovers on the French island of Reunion.
