Law360, New York (April 17, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Philip Morris USA Inc. will get $15 million from mining company Appalachian Fuels LLC after winning summary judgment, the tobacco company said Friday, putting to rest a suit over a $52 million coal delivery contract gone sour.
Philip Morris spokesman Jack Marshall told Law360 on Friday that Appalachian consented to a judgment of $15 million for the tobacco company.
