Anticipating Climate Change NRD Claims

Law360, New York (May 05, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Climate change litigation has begun to heat up. Lawsuits have been filed in several jurisdictions concerning the applicability of the federal Clean Air Act and National Environmental Policy Act, as well as other federal and state statutes with respect to climate change issues.
