NH City To Pay $30M To Upgrade Sewer System

Law360, New York (May 28, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The city of Lebanon, N.H., has agreed to upgrade its wastewater system at a cost of about $30.2 million to settle U.S. Environmental Protection Agency allegations that the city illegally discharged raw sewage into nearby bodies of water for at least five years.
