Green Groups Seek Sanctions In Forest Drilling Suit

Law360, New York (June 10, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The plaintiffs in a suit accusing the U.S. Forest Service of failing to assess the environmental impact of drilling projects in the Allegheny National Forest have moved for sanctions against two nonprofits that intervened in the case, claiming the groups’ counterclaim is “the epitome of bad faith.”
