Feds Unveil Green Initiative On Mountaintop Mining

Law360, New York (June 11, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The heads of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Department of the Interior on Thursday announced an interagency action plan to minimize the environmental effects of mountaintop coal mining in Appalachia.
