Law360, New York (August 03, 2009, 7:26 PM ET) -- An Indian judge reportedly has issued an arrest warrant for Warren M. Anderson, the former chief executive of Union Carbide Corp. who was at the helm in 1984 when a gas leak from one of its pesticide plants killed thousands of people.
Magistrate Prakash Mohan Tiwari ordered the warrant Friday in response to an appeal from victims' groups, according to the Associated Press.
