Enviros Join Fray Against Del. River Dredging Project

Law360, New York (November 20, 2009, 12:31 PM ET) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has been hit with another lawsuit over its plans to dredge and deepen the Delaware River, with the National Wildlife Federation, the Delaware Riverkeeper Network and other environmental groups challenging the project.

The plaintiffs, which also include the New Jersey Environmental Federation, Clean Water Action and the Delaware Nature Society, filed suit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
