Court Vacates EPA's Approval Of Bayer Pesticide

Law360, New York (December 23, 2009, 6:26 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Wednesday overturned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's approval of Bayer CropScience AG's pesticide spirotetramat because of the agency's failure to publish notice, handing a victory to advocacy groups concerned about the chemical's potential to harm bees.
