Insurers Off Hook For Gulf Of Mexico Oil Spill Cleanup

Law360, New York (February 01, 2010, 1:26 PM ET) -- A federal judge has granted summary judgment for several insurance companies in a $3 million Oil Pollution Act policy coverage suit brought by Jefferson Block 24 Oil & Gas LLC following an oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
