Corps Of Engineers Dropped Ball On BNSF Project: Suit

Law360, New York (February 02, 2010, 1:35 PM ET) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers violated the National Environmental Policy Act by failing to produce a full environmental impact statement for a Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Co. rail yard and distribution center it authorized, the Natural Resources Defense Council alleges.
